"Dragon's IOA trainer v.5.0" is probably the best
trainer I've used so far and it has the added bonus of not
having to remember 10,000 "hot-keys." These so called
"hot-keys" were created by Satan to make me forget
more important things like my name in order to remember that F10
means mow grass. Since they come from hell, I suppose that is
why they are hot.
Back to the trainer, and on opening it you get this...

when the game is running)
You just click the various buttons and things and it happens
straight away as your playing the game.
It also has some very impressive other features including
putting various things on a timer so that you don't keep having
to minimize the game and press the button every few minutes AND
loads of tools for raising the land or water, changing the types
of land, moving the entrances and loads a other stuff like that.
It really does contain everything you'll ever need, for the game
that is, I don't want people e-mailing me about how it isn't a
soap dispenser or anything like that.
Don't be put of by the masses of buttons and tabs though, it
is very simple to use, and only very rarely crashes the computer
(usually it does because you ask it to do everything at once).
The one and only let down of the trainer is you do have to
minimize the game to use it (Alt+Tab to anyone that didn't know)
or subject yourself to the hell of the hot-keys window. Please
don't do that, you'll regret it, I swear.

Summary
I expect you to be making frantic attempts to
be downloading this gem of a trainer right now. If not, you
don't really deserve to be wasting oxygen with your useless
body, for shame.
