Stealth Saving your track designs means
exporting the track layout, track settings e.g. colours, number of trains etc
into a TD4 file. This file can then be distributed through the internet or even
by floppy disk to share your coaster with others!
Most RCT Websites will post your
creation but to do this we must first know just how to save that amazing coaster
you just built.

First test run the coaster
To do this
go to the ride info window by clicking on the rollercoaster you want to
save. Now you will see a window. Click on the 'Test' button which is an
Amber colour just like traffic lights in the UK and is the middle button
in the picture.

Once the coaster has been through the circuit once the
test results will be shown. This will show you:
- Excitement, Intensity and Nausia Ratings,
- Max and Average Speed,
- Ride Time and Length,
- Max. Positive, Negative and Lateral G's,
- Number of Drops and Inversions and ...
- The Highest Drop Height
When the results are complete you can go to the next step.

Go up to the "Disk" on the menu bar at the top of the screen and click
once, then go down and select "Save Track Design" Save it with whatever
name you wish. If you want to import the coaster into another saved game
or scenario the coaster will be one of the options ONLY if you saved the
track to the 'RCT/tracks' folder!
|
| NOTE: If "Save Track Design" was not an available option
when attempting to save the track design, repeat the process. |

If you want to send your tracks to websites or your friends
over the internet here is what you need to do:

ISP (Internet Service Provider) allows you to have a free email address when
you signup so if it is setup then you can continue. If you do not yet have an
email address then check out either Hotmail

That's all there is to it! Obviously the steps will be different
depending on the software you are using, for instance you maybe
not use Yahoo! email. The 'To' line and subject line etc will be
the same, and the same principals are used for attaching the
tracks. If your software is different then have a look about for
New Mail Message, Insert File or Attach File. |
