Well... What can I say... Great entries
everyone! I really enjoyed looking at them. But I am just
wondering about whether some people didn't understand the compo
brief correctly. I got a lot of entries with coasters with just
high excitement and no theming! Well, just to tell you... The
compo was to design the best overall coaster... but anyway... It
was extremely hard to judge this time as the 4 I ended up
picking as my favorites were all very good! But because I
couldn't decided which was my overall favorite I came up with a
little rating scheme. Hers how it works.
Excitement rating + Theming/10 +
Layout/10 (deducting 1 point for things I didn't like) + My
Opinion/10
The total score was then added up and the
person with the highest score won!

This is a fantastic coaster with very good
theming and a very nice timed bit at the start which has
the train sync with the one leaving the station - Pure
Magic - (lol). When I first opened this Saved Game I
could immediately see that it was busters theming as
this coaster resembles one in a previous park of his. I
really enjoyed watching this coaster as it is very
nicely themed and well passed. |

I particularly like this coaster because I
love the way it is minimally themed but still seems to
appeal to me. The station seems like its some sort of
secret underground bunker and the coaster (plane) is its
secret weapon. I believe that this coaster could have
come first if it wasn't for the incredibly slow first
inversions. But none the less, it's a fantastic coaster! |

Again I particularly liked this coaster
and I really love the theming, it's top notch!. I
believe this coaster could have easily won if it wasn't
for the slow inversions and a few little things which i
disliked. One such thing is the brake run where it just
slams into the brakes and slowly lowers it to the
station. Apart from a few things like that, this coaster
is fantastically themed and looks very nice. It's a
shame the layout let it down... |
