Crazy Coal Contraption -
Thank you to everyone who took the time to enter
this competition. I know that we had troubles from the start (it
is a Wacky Worlds file but it is not supposed to be) but in the
end, people managed to cope. Some people went out and even
purchased a copy of Wacky Worlds just to enter this compo. This
time around I was little more lenient when it came to what was
available for use. I included a larger selection of
rollercoaster's to be used (but, in the end, the majority used
the Mine Train rollercoaster), I also let the type of themeing
slide a lot. Some people said this was beneficial, others said
they like boundaries so they don't have to think about the other
useless scenery. In the end, I feel this compo went well, even
though it didn't work out as planned.

Bud has gone above and beyond my expectations
for this month's compo. The overall feel of the park has a sense
of fun, and thrill. He took my advice about improving the
themeing a little bit, and created sheer coolness. There is no
doubt in my mind that this park takes the first position.

As you can all remember, brkdance2003 was our
last month’s winner. This month, however, he didn't place first
in this compo. His park was truly amazing: the theming was well
done, the ride was amazing, but I felt it was a little too
sterile. Bud created a joyous environment to be in and your park
lacked that. I must so though, this park's interesting corkscrew
theming had me wondering whether or not to stick you in first.
Great job, nonetheless, and don't let my criticism stop you from
entering more compos... Your work is great.
